We usually plan to shoot, I mean, photograph American Bald Eagles on the Mississippi River at Lock and Dam 14 in LeClaire, Iowa every last week-end of January. We have done it last year, and we were there yesterday. We – is a group organized by Charlie Guild – although yesterday, it was only him and me. No problem though because we saw other people there from Chicago.
Aside from the birds, I was also very interested in taking pictures of the photographers.

Day 2 of the American Bald Eagle shoot was spent mostly in scouting for other locations where bald eagles were rumored to be seen (not much results there), taking pictures of ourselves and finally, giving up and returning to the Lock and Dam 14.
