It’s been Ron’s and my tradition to be on the lakefront during the Independence Day Fireworks. We usually stake real estate right on Lake Shore Drive between Randolph and Monroe Sts. as they block LSD during the show. This year, we invited some members of the Chicago Flickr Meetup Club to join us.

Meet up with chaseism (Chase). He was new to Chicago at that time and would like to meet with Flickrers.

I had to leave early because I had to join another walk in Skokie in the afternoon!
