Chicago skyline taken from the balcony of the Adler Planetarium

I did a quick walk yesterday on E. Solidarity Dr. (Adler Planetarium area) with the intention of taking pictures of the skyline against the clouds. I was in the Loop late in the afternoon and saw these beautiful clouds in the western sky. But when I reached the Adler, the clouds were gone.

But the sunset was spectacular.
